I think people should start including their (Titan) DC name into their siggies. Make this either a informal or formal thing.
This will help speed up sendouts and help out in the market place.
Only one name (perferably one in titan) or even the DC anem that you used to get access into the DC-member's area.

one would be that it would be in the rules
The other is, it itsn't in the rules but the members try to hold people to it.
For example, if your shoe laces are untied. You'll tell your friend so, but does (s)he have to tie them?
