I don't like

that the Roleplaying forum has moved lower on the page. It is one of the most visited forums but the farther down something is, usually it is visited less by newcomers.

I'll move it to the top, then. I was initially hesitant to move it to the top of the board, above the "general discussion" forums.

Joe has a point. But if we put it as the very top all of those loser-fake-post-people-things will put their adds there. However there is an advantage to this: we'll always be able to tell if it's a fake person, because well, they'd be posting OOC.

that is an easy way to tell I suppose. as long as our mods are ok keeping track enough to delete things. at least this way I'll be able to delete them too. hmm, I think I'm rambling a little.

I was a bit jarred at first, but I actually like the new setup. Especially since the most used forums are now all near the top. I am a little sad to see the Griffon shot down from first place, but, hey, tradition loses out to function.

Just my opinion. No revolutionary insight here.

It looks like they're going to post in the same place, and not at the top forum. I moved two this morning.. so even though this setup is cool, I don't think it'll help us catch the losers.

Would anyone have a complaint if I set PR as "registered posting only"? That would effectively prevent drive-by spammers from posting to it.

Good idea. It'll also prevent confusion generated by RPers who post without logging in. That way, we'll know which character's which.

It sounds like a great idea.
