access to armory??

Don;t have alot of money or jewels but will give what I can for a good to great weapon for a lvl 22 player, haev a great pike now would like something to take my attack up aruond 100 if possible, maybe a matchlock rifle. anyway I am requestiong access to the armory and information on what I need to do to get there. thank you for your help
