wat are the effect of the special attritube on the item use for like blast alert and etc

those are clan abilites there is an entry for that comlete with analysis on their effects and usefulness.

They are the same as the clan ablilites

btw. blast, blind, panic, disease, is not clan abilities;
blast makes it so you minimum does 120 damage to your opponent
blind: makes your opponent work at half skill (after you've hit him)
panic: makes your opponent run away (after you've hit him)
Disease: Substracts a bit from your opponents skill

both... because there is only one weapon that has both a silver and crystal counterparts (Jaguar Fang). Otherwise, it depends entirely on the stats of the weapons in question
