There is no such thing as a "Liger Mantle"... closest to that is a jaguar mantle and those are obtained by doing one of the castle quests.

i would have to say u dont unless ur fighting low level monsters or u have realy high skill i have around 3k and its realy no use for me depends on ur stats and the monsters
