Whats the Difference?

Whats the difference between a Silver Amini Club and a regular Amini Club that you find questing. I've found a couple and they seem to have around the same stats. Anyone know?

Old SACs use to have more skill than reg ACs of simlar stats but with the last update, that is no longer the case.
