Do Silver Tail Whips come with anything bedised disease

I thought silvers came with rare abilities like blind, blast, etc. Was I mistaken?

If they do, then it is a rare silver.

But like you said, some silvers have abilities. If a silver that is suppose to have one, doesn't have one, then that too is a rare silver i.e. a SM w/out panic.

Uhmm.. A quick comment:
Silver Tail whips have one extra ability, which is that it comes with double as much skill as the normal ones. The same goes with Silver Sea Slippers as I remember it...

all the other silvers have double attack and defence stats, but the same skill as the normal one

Perhaps I did not make myself clear.

All silvers come with double defense stat, double attack stat and an extra ability compared to the normal counterparts.

For silver giant maul, that extra ability is that they are only onehanded
For silver masamunes, that extra ability is that they come with panic
..
..
For silver tail whip, that extra ability is that they have double skill stat
