I was wondering whether I can send equipment between DC Test & DC? My hero in DC Test has some awesome equipment that could help me until I have access to the member services of Clan Titan. Anyways, I haven't been here since about 2001, so I don't know what has gone on since I left.

You can't. DC Test and DC are completely separate, for some fairly obvious reasons.
