New Year RP bash in the TS?

What if we threw a New Year's Eve party in the Towne Square (TS)? A complete free-for-all RP bash in the wee hours of the night ALL NIGHT LONG? Do you think people would show up? Would I have assistance advertising? Volunteers to help out with events?
