RIP: Arthur C Clarke

Have a seat, have a drink, walk among friends, all of this can be done in the Golden Griffon, Titan's official tavern.

I don't really have too much info on this, but apparently he early this morning (Sri Lanka time). For now, I'll just link his Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arthur_C._Clarke

Clarke's science fiction is a huge influence on my writings and setting of Arda, in particular his famous Third Law: "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." I simply apply the reverse.

Condolences, comments, etc...

well i'm sure he's glad to know that his writing has influenced others including yourself. It's always sad when one of these great people pass but he has planted many seeds and perhaps those will blossom into something great as well.

Death is only physical...as long as people remember him then he will continue to live on.
