I'm sad to hear your diet is making you depressed, but you can combat that with a few endorphins. Exercise will help you feel a little better. It will also help your heart and lungs stay strong and revitalize your body. There's always time to stop and smell the roses and a brisk walk will get your blood flowing. It's springtime, so there should be lots of pretty blossoms to enjoy on a walk.
